•  $30.00 per guest
• (Minimum of 100 guest)

Sales tax and 18% Service Charge are not included

Any additional guests that are coming in after dinner there will be a charge of $15.00 per guest

Disco is available for $400 (4 hours) any additional will be $100 per hour

• Tables & chairs set up to include linen in school colors if available

• Unlimited Sodas
• Champagne Fountain with 5 gallons of fruit punch
• Champagne Fountain with 5 gallons of margarita mix
• Chile con Queso, Salsa and Tostadas during cocktail hour
• Dinner (selections available or customized menu options)

Small Ballroom (25-50 guests)  

• Ballroom availability for 4 hours
• Tables, chairs and linen
• Sodas are included

 

Large Ballroom (100+ guests)

• Ballroom availability for 4 hours
• Tables, chairs and linen
• Bartender
• Soda will be an additional $70.00 per tank
• Beer will be an additional $160.00 per keg
• In house food available

• Fridays & Saturday before 4pm $200.00 per hour
• Saturday after 4 pm $250.00 per hour

 

All beverages must be purchased at VDSCC

If Alcoholic Bevereges are provided must require sercurity service at $30.00 an hour
